EBO SACCO opens new branch in Biguli Town Council -Kamwenge

EBO Financial services opens 17th branch.

This new branch opening follows a recent launch of another outlet in Nkoma-Katalyeba Town Council, underscoring the SACCO’s continued commitment to improving financial inclusion across Kamwenge district.

EBO SACCO has officially opened its branch in Biguli Town Council, Kibale East, which is the 17th in the country, marking yet another milestone in expanding access to financial services in the region.

The new branch follows a recent launch of another outlet in Nkoma-Katalyeba Town Council, underscoring the SACCO’s continued commitment to improving financial inclusion across Kamwenge district.

Officiating the launch as chief guest, Brian Karongo, the Assistant Resident District Commissioner (RDC) for Kamwenge, commended the founders of EBO SACCO for their visionary leadership. He described the new branch as a major opportunity for the people of Biguli and the district at large.

“This branch is an opportunity for not only Biguli people, but Kamwenge at large, to embrace saving culture, I want to thank the management of EBO SACCO for convenient services offered at all their blanches”, said Ass RDC Brian Karongo.

Ms. Rosette Kashaija Kazibwe, the Board Chairperson of EBO SACCO, called on Biguli community to welcome the initiative and actively support it, as a vehicle for local development.

Meanwhile, Rusa Herbert Apuli, the General Manager of EBO SACCO, urged the public to fully embrace the SACCO’s services, noting that community participation is key to achieving long-term financial growth and sustainability.

EBO Savings and Credit Co-operative Society Ltd was founded in 1995 as a rotating savings and credit association driven by the self-help spirit in Rutooma village, Rwanyamahembe Sub County, Kashari County.

Biguli branch adds to other branches EBO Sacco has across the country. These include: Bwizibwera Main Branch, Mbarara Branch, Ibanda Branch, Kashaka Branch, Rushere Branch, Igorora Branch, Kazo Branch, Kinoni Branch, Kabwohe Branch, Ishongororo Branch, Rubindi Branch, Mwizi Branch, Kyegegwa Branch, Ntungamo Branch, and Ntungamo Branch.
