Wisdom High Schools Akalo record outstanding performance in 2025 UACE results

Widom High School Akalo, in Kole district has demonstrated strong performance in just released 2025 Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE), consistently ranking among top schools in the region.

The school registered high numbers of students (438), with notable performance in Science subjects like Physic, and Chemistry strengthening its reputation as a leading school in Lango sub region.

Addressing press at the school, Ambrose Ogwal the executive director of Wisdom High School stated that the schools achieve success through quality and dedicated teaching staff, modern well-equipped science laboratories, and discipline among students.

Ogwal also attributed excellent results to intensive preparation using competency-based teaching methodologies which allows students to apply science concepts to real-life situations, leading to improved performance in sciences like Physics and Chemistry.

He also stated that intergation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has greatly contributed to their success asserting that ICT prepare them for a technology-driven workforce.

According to the results, Eight candidates obtained 20 points, Sixteen got 19 points, Twenty One received 18 points, Twenty Nine obtained 17 points, Fifty One got 16 points, Fifty Five obtained 15 points, Sixty One received 14 points and Fifty got 13 points.

Fourty Five obtained 12 points, Thirty Two got 11 points, Twenty Five got 10 points, and Twenty Nine received 10 points respectively.
