Wisdom High School Akalo, launched construction of state of the art multi-sports Stadium

In a move aimed at promoting sports talents, Wisdom High School Akalo in Kole district has expressed commitment in constructing a modern stadium in the school to enhance student health, fosters social skills and discipline among students.

The development was revealed by Ambrose Ogwal, the executive director of the school during a press briefing held on March 13th, 2026 at his office.

According to Ogwal, the ground breaking for the construction of Five years project was concluded and that the construction has commenced.

Ogwal is optimistic that the facility with Three different fields will provide safe and multi-sport environments that encourage physical activity and once completed it expected to be the first institution to establish such facility in the greater region.

The facility is expected to acts as a gathering place for local events, fostering closer ties between the school and the community.

The modern facility will improve on school’s image, helping to attract prospective students and staff.
