Rwenzururu King to have a special meeting with President Museveni

The Rwenzururu King, His Majesty Charles Wesley Mumbere Iremangoma has left his Kingdom for a special meeting with President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.

Speaking to Kasese Guide Radio at Kasese Airfield this morning, the Minister for Protocol and Palace Affairs, Hon. Yonah Tumusime said the king’s departure follows an invitation by the President who had not physically met the Rwenzururu King since he and other accused Kingdom subjects attained their freedom in June this year.

He called for continued support to the King by his subjects he said have remained supportive to the Kingdom. Hon. Yonah speaking……

Hon. Yonah was quick to tell out reporter that more royal schedules would be made when the King returns.
