Boundary opening on disputed land which is part of Kibaale national Park on the popular Kyabatukura land. The exercise to reopen boundaries of the disputed Kyabatukura land in Ibuga village, Kitswamba subcounty in Kasese district, has been successful, Kasese Guide Radio can reliably report.

Speaking to our reporter shortly after the exercise, the defense lawyer representing Uganda Wild Life Authority, Mr. Ali Luzinda, said the exercise was in fulfillment of the High Court orders issued by the Kasese Resident Judge, Hon Justice Lawrence Tweyanze, following a petition by Mr. Luka Kiiza and others, claiming ownership of Kyabatukura land.
