Luo FM Presenter, 9 Women Awarded for Changing Women’s Lives in Pader District

At least 10 women have been awarded certificates of recognition for their outstanding contribution towards changing women’s health and livelihood in Pader district.

Ms. Agweng Liz a radio presenter of 92.4 Luo FM was awarded a certificate for changing women’s health and livelihood in Pader district through media.

Ms. Liz, a late night show host known as But Maber or the good night show said the certificate is a thing that happened in her life.

 She added that this recognition will act as motivation to continue advocating for women’s welfair as she appreciated management and directors of Luo FM for trusting her to work with them.

Former Pajule/Lapul district female councilor Ms. Latoo Rose was also awarded a certificate for supporting and upholding women and children’s rights in the district.

The Pader concerned women and children association said the certificate will help her in lobbying but above all uplift her CV.

Other women who received the certificate of recognition include Ms. Abalo Leonora Akello, Mary Okot, Alum Florence, Ketty Joy Amanyangole, Aryemo Rebec, Arac Jane and Mrs. Alonyo Margret of Pajule mobile catering.
