The Minister for Northern Uganda, Kenneth Omona, has urged farmers in the region to adopt a balanced approach to agriculture by prioritizing both food security and income generation.

Speaking on Tuesday during the birthday celebrations of HRH David Onen Acana II at Kaunda Grounds, Omona emphasized that while traditional food crops are essential for household stability; coffee farming presents a viable opportunity for steady income and long-term poverty alleviation.
