Nabumali High School unveils new Shs 159m art and design block

The leadership of Nabumali High School, in partnership with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), has commissioned a newly constructed fine art and design block, a testament to the power of collaboration and dedication to education.

The project, valued at Shs 159 million, was partially funded by the government of South Korea through KOICA and supervised by Mr Jang Seog Ho, a former mayor in South Korea and volunteer.

The Head Teacher of Nabumali High School, Ms Magrette Nabudde, expressed heartfelt gratitude to KOICA for their unwavering support, emphasising the significance of this development in nurturing talent, enhancing the learning process, and meeting the needs of students and teachers alike.

She also extended a special vote of thanks to Mr Jang for his tireless commitment and unrelenting support to the school during his stay, highlighting that this friendship has been instrumental in achieving this milestone.

Ms Nabudde encouraged partners and stakeholders to continue supporting the school in various initiatives, emphasising the importance of collective effort in shaping the future of society.
