Mr. Sam Opira the Apac district Secretary for Education and Health attributed the poor performance to laxity by both Parents, teachers and the learners in ensuring effective learning culture especially from the Schools that did not perform well.

Opira said as the District, they are working round the clock to ensure that good performance is realized amidst challenges of lack of commitments and poor attitudes towards education by some of the parents, teachers and learners at various institutions of learning in the District.
