Bad debtors frustrate Mbale City traders

Traders in Mbale City have expressed concern over the increasing number of consumers who have constantly become bad debtors.

A maize produce dealer in the industrial area, Ms Aisha Mabanja says a great number of institutions and other businessmen have developed a tendency of regularly taking goods with a promise to pay but in the end fail to do so.

Another trader in the same market, Ms Fazirah Nakiganda also says the same trend of bad debts has frustrated the growth of their business.

She now believes that engaging legal authorities will be the only step inorder for them to recover their money.
