A 52- year -old man murdered in Sheema

Police in Sheema district are investigating a case under which a 52-year-old man was allegedly murdered.

Godfrey Muzaare commonly known as Good a peasant and resident of Nyakabwera cell, Kishabya ward Shuuku town council Sheema District was on Tuesday 15th/ 11/ 2022 found lying dead by the road side.

According to his son Nahabwe Derrick, the deceased left home on 14th  November 2022 at around 2:00PM for a drink in the nearby trading center but never returned home.

Nahabwe narrates that the following morning, he started tracing for his father only to find him lying lifeless along the feeder road to his home with multiple injuries on the head.

Martial Tumusiime the greater Bushenyi police spokesperson said the deceased’s body was taken to Shuuku health center IV for postmortem, as inquiries are ongoing.
