Ministry of Health and Kibaale district LG distribute treated mosquito nets

Ministry of Health in partnership with Kibaale district local government is commencing the distribution of over one hundred ninety seven thousand and eight hundred forty (197,840) treated mosquito bed nets to all residents across the district.

James Asiimwe, the Acting Kibaale District Health Officer notes that the district targets over 228,900 people at a ratio of 1:2 in each house hold.

James adds that a team of health officers will on Friday stage in 116 distribution points across the district whereby people at each village are required to go and pick the nets in the exercise that ends tomorrow Saturday 10th.
