26-Year-Old Man Die After Taking Poison in Kyegegwa

A Private Veterinary Doctor identified as Habert Masiko 26, has committed suicide by poisoning in Kyegegwa district.

James Ndazaire a father to the deceased and a resident of Benge-Kamutuumi Village in Ruyonza sub county, Kyegegwa district says his son took poison last Thursday over unclear reasons.

He further narrates that they rushed the deceased to a nearby clinic for medication before he was referred to Mubende Regional referral Hospital where had his last breath on Monday.

Locals led by Paul Musabe the male councilor representing PDW Ruyonza sub county have expressed their displeasure over the rampant suicide acts in the area appealing to the public mostly youth to always seek for counseling from religious leaders and elders in case of any challenge.
