According to the relatives of the deceased, the four accused youths are Obed, Mani, Birimumaiso and Byamukama all biological children of Milton Ndegame, residents of Katoma village.

Musinguzi was first rushed to a clinic in Kitooga but later transferred to Kagadi hospital from where he was further referred to Kasese General Hospital. His condition has been deteriorating until last weekend when he passed away.

Damaseni Karikumutima, the father to the deceased, has today afternoon told KDR FM that, Kibaale police picked the body for postmortem and after handed it back.

However, the bitter Damaseni and relatives carried the body, dug the grave in the courtyard of Ndegame where they buried it today afternoon amidst flared tempers.

Relatives of the deceased insist that they took the drastic decision because Damaseni has no land and believes this action was justified since Ndegame’s sons caused the death of their son. The relatives have dared anyone to try to exhume the body.
