The concerns were raised through Etoil A Karamoja Ekokwa program, by residents who claim that they have continuously failed to access services from the sub-county, since the offices are always locked.

Moses Lomuria  the Longaroe LC3 Chairperson while speaking to Etoil A Karamoja  radio, says they are currently operating under a tree due to lack of office space, after they were locked out due to accumulated rent arrears of about 2 million shs.

He says this has affected service delivery as most of the important issues are handled through phone calls and at times the locals have to trace for him manually.

Comment from LC3 chairperson Longaroe

Patrick Korobe Lokolimoe the district councilor representing Longaroe sub-county says that due to lack of office space, they are unable to effectively render services to the communities. He says the locals have now resorted to channeling issues through the office of the LC1, as they wait for a long lasting solution from the district.
