Apala B Primary School in Kamdini Sub County, Oyam district has failed to open for term one that started on 6th of February over foundation body conflict.

Richard Olia, a concerned resident of Apala B village since term opened last week on Monday, learning at the school has not commenced since both teachers and pupils did not show up.

Olia also reported that learning might be further affected following vandalism of the only bore hole at the school by unknown people this week.
