President Museveni in Lango for six days visit

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is in Lango for six days visit during which he is expected to also act on issues of insecurity caused by suspected Karamojong cattle rustlers in Lango sub-region.
The presidential assistant on media communication, Farouk Kirunda told Voice of Lango FM that the president will meet different leaders from Lango and Acholi during his visit.
Kirunda says the president will discuss with the leaders, matters of security and poverty alleviation among others.

Recently, there were calls by a section of leaders in Lango to the president to intervene into insecurity instigated by cattle theft by suspected Karamojong cattle rustlers.
