Kenyan President William Ruto’s daughter, Charlene Ruto, has partnered with Jane Frances Acilo, an aspiring Woman MP for Oyam district, to enhance agricultural production among youth and women farmers in the district.

Yesterday, Charlene visited Abja Farm in Arwot Ongo village, Juma parish, Myene subcounty, Oyam district.

During her visit, the leadership of Abja Farms Limited guided Charlene through various initiatives, including beekeeping, greenhouse operations, and irrigation projects, among others.

As the Director of SMACHS Foundation, an agricultural organisation, Charlene emphasised that their collaboration aims to increase agricultural productivity, improve marketing strategies, and create job opportunities for youth and women in the district.
