West Lango diocese ordains 11 Rev. Deacons and 110 lay readers

West Langi diocese has ordained 11 Rev. Deaconsc and 110 lay readers at a function held at St. Peter’s Cathedral, Aduku on Sunday.

The Bishop of west Lango diocese Rt. Rev. Julius Ceaser Nina Otim charged the newly ordained servants of God to serve God in truth.

Rev. Canon George Amoli, the Archdeacon of Oyam Archdeaconry cautioned the Rev. Deacons and lay readers to go wherever they will be posted since the word of God must reach all places.

Rev. Canon James Ebil Ekak the Church of Uganda Provincial Auditor also the Archdeacon of Lutete Archdeaconry in Luwero diocese cautioned the servants of God against engaging in acts which are against their faith and church doctrines.

Rev. Deacon Eddy Ogwal the arch deacon of Awila and Jennifer Atim Alwala the lay reader of Holy Trinity Adirayo in Oyam Town East Parish, who were among those ordained pledged to do the work of God without any form of discrimination.
