President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, the National Resistance Movement (NRM) Party Chairperson has appealed to farmers in Oyam district to adopt 4 acres model farming.

Museveni while campaigning for Junior Samuel Engola at Otwal Primary School ground in Otwal Sub County on Tuesday noted that many farmers in Oyam district are growing only food crops, a reason he said has made most of them suffer in abject poverty.

In his response, Benson Dila, the Oyam district LC5 Chairman listed to President Museveni why most farmers in Oyam still remain poor despite fertile land.
