Oyam PDM Sacco leaders, CDOs trained

Leaders of parish development model saving and credit cooperative societies (SACCOs) have been urged to embrace technologies that can help improved the progress of the PDM programs.

Nicholas Kiwanuka Mbaraga, an IT specialist hired to facilitate the four days training Of Sacco leaders and sub county Community Development officers from Oyam District held at the district headquarter noted that PDM Sacco leaders need to adopt digital means over the manual means that consume a lot of time.

Mbaraga also implore leaders who got the training to go and teach the public about.

Meanwhile Ham Emukule, the Oyam district commercial officer speaking during the same training said the training sought to sharpen leaders in PDM with necessary skills to perform their duties well.
