Residents of Abok to be evicted from Government’s land.

Richard olal a victim of land eviction and a resident of Acut  Parish said ,the  land has for long been used by residents of Abok to earn a living.

He said Oyam District  generates a lot of revenue out of agriculture because of the food grown in the said land of Acut and Agweo.

LC5 Oyam, Benson Water Dila oyuku advised  residents of Abok to be patient over the land.

Dila said, they are still making consultation  to find Diplomatic ways of solving the problem without violence.

William komakech ,the Resident District Commissioner Oyam   assured the people of Abok that the land they are occupying belongs to National forest Authority  and should be given to them without objection.
