Amaro rwot Alice, is still on the run after abandoning a newly born baby of four days only

According to witnesses , she gave birth on Sunday at Anyeke Health  Centre IV in Oyam District and later discharged to go back home in Anyeke Cell in Oyam Town Council but later abandoned the child and is still at large
