The outgoing CAO of Oyam District officially hands over office to the new CAO

This development followed the the retirement of the former CAO of Mr Walter Eryama where he was replaced with Kitutu Federick who was transfered from Lira district.

During the handover and takeover ceremony Walter Eryama the outgoing CAO of Oyam District appreciated civil servants, political leaders and locals of Oyam District for the good working environment rendered to him during his four and a half years term however he appealed for team work among civil servants political wings and locals for the successful development of Oyam District.

When taking over the office the new CAO of Oyam District Kitutu Frederick Herbert equally applauded the outgoing CAO for the good record and legacy set in Oyam

Benson Dila the LC5 Chairman of Oyam District revealed the he had disagreements with the outgoing CAO for the common goal however he appealed to Kitutu Frederick to bring Change in Oyam District cautioning him against forming clicks fighting and rumour mongering saying this will lead to poor service delivery.
