Ronald Opio, Ngai sub-county chief who managed to launch two markets in a period of one month urged the community to make the best use of the market to bring a change in their life.
The initiative to launch the two new markets in Ngai sub-county is aimed basically to increase revenue base in order to improve on certain developments in Ngai sub-county and the whole district.

Opio said he will make sure all the challenges in the market are being addressed shortly.

Quinto Opio Ogwal who is the market administrator said they will ensure that the market grows very fast to help the community not to go far for accessing certain things they need from the market.

According to Paul Ociti, the secretary for works and technical services attached to Ngai sub-county assured the community of the security in the market since they have done everything needed.

On the other hand, the local community said, creating two new markets will increase the level of revenue in Ngai sub-county and the district as a whole.
The two new markets created are Alere market and Wanglobo market all in Ngai sub-county in Oyam district.
