Acaba Sub-County Councilors want SAS Obangkwon investigated for abuse of office

Tom Okello who is the Speaker of Acaba Sub-county shares the meeting with the councilors and read four council resolutions which were resolved by honorable councilors and required that SAS office Mr. Obangkwon Mark must be opened because he has some debts supposed to be addressed including corruption issues and motorcycle that must be returned as they wait for full council meeting that will be held on 19th Jan 2024.

Meanwhile Charles Owot Amuge who is LC3 Chairman of Acaba said that they accept to receive Mr. Obangkwon back at his office as an investigation keep going on following his issues.

Mark Obangkwon said that on 8th Oct 2023 some of the Councilors asked him for some little money for buying meat for independence day celebration which was not possible for him to get. That is the only issue which made him to borrow the money as personal but not as Sub-county.

In the reactions some councilors accepted that they asked money for Independent Day but they were given only 25,000 ugx.

They conclude that office of the SAS must be opened as investigations keep on moving.
