Chairperson Orib Can Catering Services in hot soup

Orib Can Catering Services is a local formed group with over 95 members, found in Abanya Parish, Acaba Sub-county Oyam District aiming at helping community during burial, traditional marriages, wedding and any form of events.

Mr. Mutu Coxson who is the chairperson Orib Can Catering Services has got in hot soup after found guilty of possessing all the properties for the group and does not call for any meetings.

Mutu Coxson when contacted said he is keeping all the group properties but he is now not the chairperson because the group had split into three.

At the time of filing this report, group members said Mutu and two other executive members were getting money from events and have no accountability to the group members.

Mrs Margret Tile a member said she is not happy with Mutu for possessing their properties and request him to bring back their properties so that they continue with other willing members.

This made the group members to hold a peaceful demonstration and report the case to Oyam Central Police Station which has led to the arrest of the chairperson now in police custody.
