This was revealed by buyende district leadership while meeting the parish development model chairpersons and there secretaries at the district headquarters to fix and address the challenges of leadership within the community.

Parish development model one of the government initiative which was introduced by the government of Uganda to support the community through giving out one million Ugandan shillings per individual. It’s now Three years people are getting money to develop themselves but some of the challenges ground leadership where they parish elect the chairman whose work is to coordinate with parish chief and give out the money to the rightful intended person.

However the leaders are giving less of what they are expected of .Now the story begins when the village is to receive one hundred million shillings some are receiving less of what they are entitled to get Like according to the government every person is supposed to get one million on his or her line using mobile money called Wendi transfer.

But parish chiefs together with chairmen connive and eat some of there Money. It’s evidenced that many received the money in there absence and many get too little money in as little as three hundred thousand Uganda shillings.

It’s now time to elect new leadership of PDM and the incumbent are fighting tooth and nail to see they are through and the community is very rough and tough on the incumbents that’s why it’s had for them to go back in leadership that’s why many are now coming up to fight for the leadership with the intensions of eating the money again. Now the President district commissioner fo buyende district Mr Paul kalikwani mwidu said he will not allow this to happen again and warned the in coming leadership to avoid eating and corrupting with PDM money.
