Busoga diocese joins the government in environmental protection

On his pastoral visit to kamuli district headquarters his grace the bishop of Busoga RT rev prof Grace lubaale called upon the district officials to work hard and restore the environment in busoga at Large through tree planting and it’s one of hir agendas in busoga diocese. He argued subcounty chiefs and prisha chiefs to coraborate and make sure the environment is restored and green cover sounds on the land of Busoga.He said busoga has the favourable environment which can an able the trees to grow well with two Clear seasons though not convective. On the side of service delivery the bishop asked all technical desks to do the best and serve the country with the guidance of the God who the caretaker to everyones ability.

in his words the bishop prayed those who lost there lives while serving the district and commended the legacy left behind. It should be noted that kamuli district have so far lost two district bosses in accidents before completing there term of serving erupses

The kamuli district chief adminiatrative officer mr Lawrence Maale asked his workers to be God fearing and serve the community.He said they decided to call the bishop to pray for the district and plant tree as symbol of protectingbtje environment and they will plant more tree bothin the the municipality and outside.
