Three year old baby dies in a fatal accident

A 3 Year old baby Girl is reported to have died on spot and two others critically injured after an accident in Kirembe along Kasese-Mbarara highway, in Kasese Municipality.

No official comment from police yet, but the Vice Chairperson central division in Kasese Municipality, Hon.Jonard Makoma confirmed and identified the deceased as late Shillah Biira a pupil at young star junior school in Kidodo and the injured as Ms Shakilah Muhindo 7 and Mr.Miraji Bwambale 6  both pupils at Kasese Muslim Nursery and Primary school in Kasese town.

Hon.Jonard said the accident happened when ayet to be identified Boda-Boda rider joined the high way from Kyababinga junction without looking at either side and was knocked by a speeding vehicle.

A Health worker on duty at Mt.St, Mary’s hospital in Kasese Municipality said the critically injured children are out of danger.
