Over 100 refuges repatriated to DRC

Over one hundred thirty refugees from the neighboring famous Domene village in the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo who this morning arrived at the Catholic Shrine in Kabuyiri, Mpondwe Lhubiriha town council in Kasese district have been repatriated back, Kasese Guide Radio has learnt.

Lt. Maate Magwara, the deputy RDC in charge of Bukonzo County confirmed to this Radio this evening that the death toll has risen to eight while several others were abducted by suspected Allied democratic forces-ADF. Details will come in our subsequent news broadcast. END.
