The local council three Chairperson of Bulembia Division in Kasese Municipality, Mr. Richard Bomera, has called for legislative reforms aimed at reducing lengthy bureaucratic procedures that he says have delayed the timely completion of public projects, including the Kilembe Health Centre III maternity ward being constructed by the UPDF Engineering Brigade.

Speaking during the handover of five solar panels at the facility yesterday, Mr. Bomera noted that while the new lighting system would significantly ease night duties for health workers, there was a need for streamlined processes to ensure government projects are executed and completed within the planned timeframes.
