Kasese: Man fined after engaging in sexual relationship with daughter-in-law

A Local Council I court in Muyina-Busine Village, Kisinga Sub county, Kasese District, has fined a 50-year-old man three goats after he reportedly admitted to engaging in an inappropriate sexual relationship with his daughter-in-law during a community hearing.

The LC I Chairperson for Muyina-Busine Village, Mr Zalimon Kananga, identified the man as Mr Zalimon Mulengu, a resident of Bughema Village in Kisinga Sub county.

According to Mr Kananga, although the suspect had initially denied the allegations, an audio recording presented during the hearing allegedly captured him asking his daughter-in-law, Ms Roset Musoki, to leave her marital home so they could spend more time together, prompting the council’s decision.
