Rev. Fr. Fedius Bwambale, the Curate of Bukangara Parish in the Diocese of Kasese, has urged newly ordained priest, Rev. Fr. David Bwambale to faithfully fulfill his priestly calling by working harmoniously with others in the Church, just as every part of the body performs its unique role for the common good.
Delivering his homily during Rev. Fr. David’s thanksgiving Mass held yesterday at Kinyaminagha in Kitabu Sub-county, Kasese District, Rev. Fr. Fedius encouraged the new priest to remain steadfast in his vocation, follow the example of Jesus Christ, and focus on serving God’s people rather than seeking leadership positions or personal superiority.
He also appealed to Rev. Fr. David’s parents and the Christian faithful to avoid placing unnecessary burdens on the newly ordained priest, instead encouraging them to support him through prayer as he begins his priestly ministry. Rev.
In a separate interview, Rev. Fr. David Bwambale thanked God for the gift of his priestly vocation and expressed gratitude to fellow Priests and the Christian faithful for their unwavering spiritual, moral, and material support throughout his journey to the priesthood.

Rev. Fr. David Bwambale’s father, Mr. Munonerwa Nisimu Bwambale, described his son’s priesthood as a gift from God and urged him to remain humble, respectful, and committed throughout his priestly vocation.
The thanksgiving Mass was attended by religious leaders, family members, friends, and hundreds of Christian faithful among others.
