Police is under investigation of the a 22-year-old death in Bwera division

Police in Bwera Division are investigating circumstances surrounding the death of a 22-year-old casual worker, Jackson Tugume, a resident of Kamuruli Village in Kisinga Sub-county, Kasese District.

Rwenzori East Police Spokesperson SP Elly Maate confirmed the incident, saying preliminary reports indicate that on Tuesday at around 1 p.m., the deceased left his brother’s home, Mr. Patrick Taremwa, heading to Kiburara Trading Centre.

His lifeless body was later discovered lying in a garden a few metres from River Nyamugasani in Kidodo, Kamuruli Village. May the soul of the deceased rest in peace.
