Silent cries: tackling violence against women during christmas season- part 1

The Christmas season is often seen as a time of joy, family, and celebration. Yet, for many women, it can be a period of heightened vulnerability to domestic violence and abuse. Abakyala Tweyogerere radio programme part one sheds light on the silent epidemic of violence against women during the festive season, exploring the factors that contribute to it and highlighting the need for support systems, awareness, and action.
