Ebenezer director urges parents to protect children as second term ends

Director of Ebenezer Nursery and Boarding Primary School, Pastor Ojuka Thomas, said the second term has concluded successfully despite a few challenges.

He urged parents to take good care of their children and encourage them to pray regularly.

He also urged parents not only to provide holiday assignments for their children but also to involve them in household chores and protect them from unnecessary loitering in the community.

Additionally, the head teacher, Mr Ogwal Innocent, expressed gratitude to teachers and parents for their tremendous efforts in ensuring that the children’s education progressed successfully during the second term.

However, he cautioned parents against giving children unhealthy foods, including meals containing excessive cooking oil and certain processed foods, which he said may contribute to the stomach problems frequently observed among children.

He further said the school is prepared to assess Primary Seven candidates through a series of examinations to adequately prepare them for the Primary Leaving Examination (PLE), with hopes of achieving commendable results this year.

Ebenezer Nursery and Primary School in Amolatar District concluded the second term with more than 600 pupils.
