“I applaud the management of Mama FM for the mentorship and trainings that empowered me. However, I condemn men who exploit women with disabilities, impregnating them and later abandoning them.”
Sarah Nalubega, Woman Councillor (Disability), Nakawa Division

In this episode of Disability Is Not Inability, we spotlight the urgent need for more leadership and empowerment trainings for persons with disabilities. These trainings are critical in building confidence, strengthening voices, and enabling meaningful participation in leadership and community spaces.

Our guests: Mr. Kalyango Salim, Chairperson of Persons with Disabilities, Kiwatule Parish, Nakawa Division and Sarah Nalubega, Woman Councilor (Disability), Nakawa Division. Together, they share lived experiences, challenges, and a strong call for increased support through skills development and inclusive opportunities.
