The National Resistance Movement (NRM) party, Dean Emmanuel has thrown his hat into the ring, challenging incumbent Kigongo Moses for the position of First National Vice Chairperson. Today, Emmanuel’s nomination was confirmed by the National Electoral Commission, led by Tanga Odoi.
