Hon Samuel Opio Acuti Commits UGX 2M for Team Kole North (Dwog Pacu cup)

Kole North MP and Team Patron Hon. Dr. Samuel Opio Acuti has committed UGX 2,000,000 and taken full responsibility for player accommodation as Team Kole North enters residential camp ahead of the second edition of the Dwog Pacu Cup.

Speaking to Media on Saturday, Hon. Opio Acuti said elite performance starts with proper player care and structured preparation.

“This is our team. This is our pride,” he stated. “Championships are won in camp, not just on match day.

We must get the basics like, accommodation, nutrition, injury prevention, tactical discipline, and mental readiness. At this level, small margins decide games. The best prepared team wins.”

The MP said securing camp rooms is critical for focus and recovery. “If the players are settled and comfortable, they can concentrate fully .

“Football today is about recovery, discipline, and execution. Discipline in camp is non-negotiable, “Opio Aguti said

The MP rallied constituents, leaders, businesses, and fans to support the team, saying investment in talent is investment in Kole North’s identity.
