Today, vocational training programmes are equipping young women with practical skills and knowledge, enabling them to start their own businesses. Mama FM’s Abakyala Tweyogerere radio programme, in part one, explores the role of vocational programmes in bridging gender gaps in the workforce and fostering confidence among young women.
