Genuine Estate Uganda appreciates clients after 26 years in business

Genuine Estate Uganda Limited has appreciated Ugandans, particularly its clients, for supporting the company throughout its nearly 26 years of operation in the real estate sector.

Speaking to journalists in Wakiso District, the company’s manager, William Mbazzede, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to providing genuine property services and developing programmes that make land acquisition easier for Ugandans.

Mbazzede said the company remains committed to helping more people acquire land with proper documentation, including valid land titles.

“As Genuine Estate Uganda Limited, we thank Ugandans, especially our clients, for supporting us. We pledge that we shall continue coming up with various programmes that enable them to acquire properties with land titles,” he said.

He explained that the company has simplified the process of acquiring land through financing arrangements involving its partner banks.

Under the arrangement, a client pays an agreed initial percentage of the property’s value, while a partner bank finances the remaining amount. The land title is used as collateral, and the client repays the bank through instalments until the loan is fully cleared.

Mbazzede said the arrangement is intended to make property ownership more accessible to Ugandans who may not have the full purchase amount readily available.
